It all started with a 10/10 location and an old house with unlimited potential. Our clients, a blended family of 6, were living in this home but it never really felt like it was “theirs”. With a busy family its always important to consider space and flow, with careful planning we were able to achieve a stunning and functional remodel for this awesome family.
On the wish list were 4 kids bedrooms, a master bedroom with ensuite, open concept main floor with kitchen/living/dining plus a cozy rec-room downstairs for the family to relax. Part of the garage was transformed to create a super functional mudroom with lots of lockers. This will be used as the main family entrance to organize the kids school/sports stuff etc. Although the exterior was never part of the original plan, it underwent a significant facelift to match the beauty of the interior.
We wish this lovely family many years of happiness and fond memories in their beautiful home.
