As their children are growing it was time for these clients to make more use of the space in their home. The goal was to make the ultimate rec area that was able to flow through to their back yard pool. We took the unfinished basement area and provided them with a change room, extra laundry (great for all those wet towels!), summer kitchen, living area, custom wine wall, full gym, bedrooms and bathrooms. Not only will this be a fabulous space for the family to enjoy it gives guests a space and privacy.
