Location: Downtown Kelowna
The Challenge:
To take a low lake front bungalow and increase the space, take advantage of the view and create an open feeling.
The Solution:
We took back half of house and raised the roof from 8’ to 11’. This allowed us to install large picture windows and deck doors. We completely gutted the original three bedrooms and kitchen. The home now boasts a master with full en-suite and steam shower, 2 large bedrooms, brand new chefs kitchen, spacious living space with gas fireplace and magnificent views of the lake.
We built a new covered deck and outdoor living space which included a gas fireplace, gas barbeque, dance floor and was completely wired for audio output. The house had a cottage roof so we replaced it with a new shingle roof added new front door and garage doors for street appeal.
