Location: 575 Osprey Avenue

The Challenge:

With only 875sqft. and a heftly list of requirements, we were asked to create a space that was both beautiful and most importantly, functional for the client. 

The Solution:

The solution was, very careful design!  In this small space, we were able to incorporate a kitchenette, boardroom, offices and a spacious central gathering/reception area.   The office partitions are glass to embrace the floor to ceiling windows that let in a ton of natural light.  The office space is both functional and beautiful.
